The current Sarwa Systems website is a static informational website. It does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, user accounts, online purchases, or a server-side contact-form database.
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. Information is not transmitted to Sarwa until you choose to send that email.

When you email Sarwa Systems, we may receive information such as your name, email address, organization, inquiry category, subject, message, and any files or other details you voluntarily include.
Basic hosting and security records
The company that hosts this website may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on the hosting configuration, this may include an IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, date and time, referring page, error information, and security logs.
Sarwa Systems does not currently use this information to build advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.

Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card details, medical records, confidential trade secrets, export-controlled material, or other highly sensitive information unless a separate secure method has been arranged.

This website may link to websites or services operated by other organizations. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Email messages are also processed by the sender's and recipient's email providers, internet service providers, and related infrastructure.
9. Children
This website is intended as general company information and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Children should not submit personal information through the contact channel without the involvement of a parent, guardian, school, or responsible organization.
10. Your choices
You may contact Sarwa Systems to ask about personal information you previously sent, request a correction, or request deletion where reasonably possible and not restricted by legal, security, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations.
Because the current website does not operate user accounts, advertising profiles, or a marketing mailing list, there are presently no account settings or advertising preferences to manage.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised as the website, company, services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when a materially revised policy is published.
