1. Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as a normal design requirement, not a special add-on. Sarwa Systems intends to improve this website over time as content, products, imagery, forms, and services are added.

The current site is designed to support clear navigation, readable content, keyboard use, responsive layouts, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

2. Current accessibility features

The current website includes:

  • a visible skip link for keyboard users;
  • semantic headings and landmark regions;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
  • visible focus states;
  • form labels, instructions, validation messages, and status announcements;
  • responsive layouts for phones, tablets, and larger screens;
  • plain-language content and relatively short line lengths;
  • decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology where appropriate;
  • no autoplaying audio or video;
  • no flashing content; and
  • no required mouse-only interactions.

3. Standards and testing

Sarwa Systems intends to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a practical reference for future review and improvement. The site has been structured with accessibility in mind, but it has not yet undergone a formal third-party conformance audit.

Before a broader public launch, the site should be tested with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings, high-contrast conditions, screen readers, and multiple modern browsers and devices.

4. Known and possible limitations

The current site is still an early public version. Some limitations may remain, including:

  • placeholder graphics that will later be replaced with final product images;
  • possible contrast or scaling issues that have not yet been found through formal testing;
  • future third-party tools that may not fully match Sarwa’s accessibility standards; and
  • documents, diagrams, or media added later that may require alternative text, transcripts, captions, or simplified explanations.

Sarwa will avoid claiming full conformance until the site has been appropriately tested and remaining issues have been documented.

5. Feedback and assistance

Feedback from disabled users, caregivers, accessibility professionals, and people using assistive technology is especially valuable.

When reporting a problem, it is helpful to include the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and a brief description of what prevented access.

6. Ongoing improvement

Accessibility review should continue whenever Sarwa adds major imagery, video, downloadable documents, ecommerce, user accounts, new forms, interactive tools, or third-party services.

Accessibility feedback may also inform Sarwa’s product design standards, especially where website usability reveals broader issues involving reach, perception, cognition, mobility, language, or interface clarity.
